Overview

getquant.io ('we', 'our', 'us') is a performance intelligence platform for ecommerce brands. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

  • Contact information you provide when running an audit (name, email, business name, website URL)
  • Advertising data you upload (Google Ads CSVs, Meta Ads CSVs, Shopify reports) — this data is processed to generate your audit report and is not shared with third parties
  • Usage data including pages visited and actions taken on the platform
  • API connection tokens when you connect Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts via OAuth — these are stored securely and used solely to retrieve your advertising data

How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver your account audit report
  • To send your audit report and performance briefs if you subscribe to a paid plan
  • To improve the platform and analysis quality
  • To communicate with you about your account (we will never send unsolicited marketing without your consent)

Google Ads API Data

When you connect your Google Ads account via OAuth, we access campaign performance data, keyword data, and search term reports on your behalf. This data is used exclusively to generate your audit report. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than delivering the service you have requested. We store only the minimum data required to generate and display your report.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Uploaded CSV files are processed in memory and not stored permanently. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data to any third party under any circumstances.

Data Retention

Audit reports are retained for 12 months from the date of generation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@getquant.io.

Third Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase (database and authentication)
  • Anthropic (AI analysis — audit data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate findings)
  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Resend (transactional email)

Your Rights
