By using getquant.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Description of Service

getquant.io provides performance intelligence and audit services for ecommerce brands. The platform analyses advertising data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify to generate account audit reports and performance insights.

Use of the Service

• You must provide accurate information when creating an audit
• You are responsible for ensuring you have authorisation to connect any advertising accounts via OAuth
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform

Google Ads API Usage

Our use of data obtained through the Google Ads API is limited to providing the audit and performance intelligence features described in this service. We do not use Google Ads data for any secondary purpose, including advertising, selling to third parties, or training machine learning models unrelated to your account analysis.

Paid Plans

Starter, Pro, and Intelligence plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Early access pricing locks in for the lifetime of your subscription at the rate active when you first subscribed.

Limitation of Liability

getquant.io provides analysis and recommendations based on the data you supply. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from decisions made using our reports. All dollar estimates in audit reports are estimates based on available data, not guarantees of recoverable value.

Intellectual Property

The platform, methodology, and all content are owned by getquant.io. Audit reports generated for your account are yours to use and share.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
